St. Luke's History Brief

The 1st Episcopal church services were held in Wymore at Honeyman schoolhouse in the fall of 1881. On July 12, 1889, the 1st service in the new church was held by Bishop Worthington, and the 1st confirmation class was presented. There have been 477 baptisms; 452 confirmations; 113 marriages; 182 burials.
